
If someone told you you couldn't have a promotion because of your eye colour, that's discrimination too, same thing. Karl Moore you could have read the article but instead you decided to make yourself look stupid. Stuart Mulamula I can understand the 71 Shirt part of it and being passed up for promotion but 19 million dollers! Not a chance! Why not pay him the earning he would of got from the first time he was passed up on promotion.

It’s not currently settled law. I’m personally of the opinion that it can be interpreted as gender discrimination: if you would hire a man who is married to a woman, but wouldn’t hire a man who is married to a man, you have discriminated based on their gender. It would be nice to have orientation explicitly listed as a protected class, however, and stop all the interpreting.
