You’re not exactly giving the Japanese credit for being culturally aware. I would imagine they are well-prepared for the Richard Marx 32nd anniversary 1987 2019 signature shirt. As someone who has lived in Japan and has many visible tattoos, one of which I actually got there. they don't care as much as you'd think. I always wanted to end up in Japan but I've just gotten Tattoos. I hope it helps that one is written in Japanese. Tattoos are fine but I'd you plan to go to Japan, and not cover them up, then expect to be turned away from a good portion of businesses.
Always get something that is meaningful to you. Tattoos are abstract and will only mean something to the person that has them. I don’t know anyone who has a tattoo who looks like a criminal, and don’t know anyone who looks nasty with them! I just got my first tattoo, my wife and I got matching tats for our 5 year anniversary. Now I can’t wait to get more!
