Over the yrs I have had conversations with family members, some find it difficult an too painful to watch their loved one slowly declining to the I don_t always sit at my desk but when I do an administrator walks in shirt of not even recognizing them anymore which hurts them terribly. When your loved one is suffering from this terrible disease I believe you have to step into their world as they are no longer in ours sometimes they see things that are not really there but I would go along with it to keep them calm and it has worked for me over the years.But they will get to the stage where they will need special care and that is the hardest decision you will have to make along with the guilt that so many feel.
